Lisa has significant commercial litigation experience, having previously worked with Amanda Banton on numerous class actions including the Arasor Class Action, Financial Products Class Actions against Standard & Poor’s and Lehman Brothers Australia, the Arasor Class Action Scheme and acted for group members in US litigation brought by Lehman Brothers Special Financing Inc. She also has extensive experience in corporate insolvency matters, having acted for external administrators in many high profile liquidations and administrations. Lisa is adept in the case management of multiple complex litigation matters, in critical thinking and analysis of complex legal issues, advising clients on litigation prospects and risk, and in promoting alternative dispute resolution. Lisa joins Banton Group from an in-house senior counsel role with a big 4 professional services firm.
