Jack Johnstone

Jack has extensive experience in large-scale class actions and commercial litigation, including disputes in various superior and appellate courts in Australia. This experience spans mainly across plaintiff litigation, where he has represented group members, liquidators, and commercial entities in disputes with major financial institutions, ASX-listed companies, and government bodies. Jack also brings experience in large-scale cross-border arbitration in various international arbitration seats.

Jack is admitted in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and holds an LLB and BCom (Acct) from Macquarie University.
