Brodie has extensive experience in large scale commercial, construction and insolvency litigation in various superior and appellate courts in Australia.  

He has expertise in both plaintiff and defendant litigation work, including experience acting for group members, insolvency practitioners and construction companies in complex disputes against directors, auditors and commercial entities. Brodie has also acted for contractors, developers and operators of infrastructure assets across the lifecycle of major projects.  

Brodie is admitted in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and holds an LLB (Hons) and BCom (Acct) from the University of New South Wales.
