Anthony has global experience ranging from large-scale class actions and financial disputes to complex commercial litigation.  This includes both sides of major financial disputes and class actions in the Federal and Supreme Courts, banking and shareholder disputes including fraud claims, professional negligence, various proceedings involving high net worth individuals (including a lengthy contempt dispute and a guardianship proceedings), recovery and insolvency actions, and a variety of complex commercial claims with a particular focus on the technology sector.
